KIDS CLASSES TAUGHT BY SIFU STEVE GARRETT
Learning traditional Kung Fu, updated to fit the needs of a kids martial arts class, then applying them to modern situations to teach your child confidence, discipline, and focus in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
In our kids martial arts class, the goal is not to create a class of children who can stand, kick, punch, and yell in unison. Your child will learn how to stand up for themselves in the schoolyard, and how to be safe in a grown-up world. Your child will learn emotional intelligence, boundary setting, bodily autonomy, and of course, the fighting chops to back them up! Belts are awarded not just on the basis of learning the right forms and techniques (though that is an important part of any kids martial arts class), but also for personal goals, whether it be self control in sibling conflicts or creating a healthy schedule for their daily activities.

Monthly Dues for Children: $110/month
Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00p
Saturdays: 10:00-11:00a
